Thorn Devlin of Tamaqua readies for big weekend races held in his hometown at a kick-off event Friday night at Fegley’s Mini Mart, hosted by Donnie Fegley, an off-road hobbyist and supporter of extreme off-road competition. The Reading Off Road Riders will award more than $15,000 in prize money in two days of races to take place on Route 209 just outside of the borough Saturday and Sunday, including the Pennsylvania state championship for hard enduro racing.
