Donald L. Fredericks of Lansford is president of the class of 118 men who graduated from the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, Hershey. Also among the graduates is James S. Boyd Jr., a former Summit Hill resident. Fredericks, 23, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard H. Fredericks of West Bertsch Street. Boyd is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Boyd of Summit Hill.
