The Tamaqua Area School Board approved the following coaches on Tuesday:

• James Fisher, head soccer coach for the 2020-2021 school year at a stipend of $2,000.

• Samuel W. Schaefer, assistant track and field coach No. 4 for the 2019-2020 school year at a stipend of $1,575.

• Maria Campomizzi, Jr. High assistant track and field coach for the 2019-2020 school year at a stipend of $1,000.

• Sam Bonner, head football coach for the 2020-2021 school year at a stipend to be determined.

• Michael Bonner, varsity assistant football coach No. 1 for the 2020-2021 school year at a stipend to be determined.

• Clarence Opolsky IV, varsity assistant football coach No. 2 for the 2020-2021 school year at a stipend to be determined.

• Abigail Graver, JV softball head coach for the 2019-2020 school year at a stipend of $2,093.05.

The board also approved the following volunteers:

• Ryan King, volunteer baseball coach for the 2019-2020 school year.

• Ryan Frederickson, volunteer baseball coach for he 2019-2020 school year.
