The Board of Directors of the Citizens National Bank of Lansford has announced the election of John J. Trojan as president of the bank. He succeeds Thomas S. McCready, who was elected the bank’s first chairman of the board.

Trojan has been a member of the board of directors since 1962.

Other officers elected by the board include Robert J. Kozo, vice president, and Martha A. Rex, vice president in charge of loans and compliance officer.

In addition to McCready and Trojan, members of the board include William H. Fegley, vice president; Joseph M. Porvaznik, secretary; Joseph J. Velitsky, assistant secretary; Walter E. Kruczek, chairman of the appraisal committee; and James D. McMahon.
