A Jim Thorpe woman has been charged with retail theft for an incident in the borough.

Borough police said Ashlyn Erin McCartney, 20, of 21 W. Third St., has been charged for an incident on Jan. 28 at 9:23 p.m. at Tommy's Subs, located at 72 W. Fourth St.
