A woman was injured Wednesday afternoon when involved in a crash along Route 895 in West Penn Township. The crash occurred just after 3 p.m. as she was driving west at the intersection with Snyder Lane.

She lost control, crossing the roadway rolling her vehicle onto its side. She was treated at the scene by members of the Penn Mahoning ambulance then transported to a local hospital.

The West Penn fire company assisted at the scene with their fire police shutting down Route 895 west at the intersection with Route 309 at Snyders. West Penn township police are investigating the incident.
