Codey D. McDonald, a 2006 graduate of Panther Valley High School, was placed on the dean's List at Bloomsburg University for the fall semester of 2009.

He received a 3.93 GPA in his major of elementary education.He was a former college intern at Panther Valley School District through the afterschool program

S.H.I.N.E.Codey will graduate in December of 2010 and plans to pursue a job in education.He is the son of Michelle and Bernard McDonald of Summit Hill.
