Heather Cichowic, daughter of Martin and Lori Cichowic, Weatherly, has been named Senior of the Month for December at Weatherly Area High School.

Heather is a member of Weatherly Area High School's chapter of the National Honor Society, the high school band, the Interact Club, the Drama Club, and the yearbook committee. Additionally, Heather participates in Science Olympiad and the Envirothon, and serves as the statistician for the high school soccer team.In the community, Heather volunteers her time at Our Lady of Lourdes church, helping with their picnics and teaching CCD classes. She has also participated in cleanups of Tweedle Park. Heather is employed at Dunkin Donuts in Hazleton.
