Two men have been charged with felony and misdemeanor offenses stemming from a drug seizure at the Lehighton Walmart.
Joshua Romanishan, 38, of Mahoning Township, and Erik Boehm, 37, of Palmerton have both been charged with felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy - delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal use of a communication facility, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.Mahoning Township Police conducted a Carbon County Drug Task Force investigation in the parking lot of Walmart on Aug. 9, where they seized four grams of methamphetamine, hypodermic syringes and a digital scale from Romanishan and Boehm.Preliminary hearings for both men are scheduled for Sept. 7.
