The Kidder Township Municipal building along Lake Road is blanketed in snow Thursday morning in a surprise visit by Mother Nature. Mountain Laurel ,also along Lake Road in Lake Harmony in the northern tier of Carbon county were also covered with snow from the early season snowfall that produced several inches in the higher elevation.
