The Carbon County Board of Elections will conduct a public test of the central tabulating equipment which will be used to count and record absentee ballots and provisional ballots cast at the Nov. 3, 2009 Municipal Election at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26. in the Bureau of Elections Office, first floor, Carbon County Office Building, 76 Susquehanna St., Jim Thorpe.
