The Black Diamond Writers' network will meet Oct. 17, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the Tamaqua Public Library, 30 S. Railroad St. Guest speaker will be Jessica Lucey, a marketing executive at Mars Inc. as well as a communicator for Toastmasters' International.
