A hit-and-run driver is being sought in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said about 1:38 a.m. today Betty Lou Labie, 52, of Girardville, was stopped on SR8002 in Gilberton attempting to turn right onto SR4030 when her 2008 Pontiac G6 was struck in the rear by another vehicle. After impact the driver of the other vehicle fled the scene.Labie was not injured. Damages were minor to the Pontiac.The other driver was described as a white male, in his 20s, who was wearing a white hooded sweat shirt and white baseball cap. The hit-and-run vehicle was a dark colored car, troopers said, but no other description was available.
