Two drivers were cited for driving under the influence (DUI) following traffic stops in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Maria D. Picarelli, 47, of Elysburg, Northumberland County, was stopped along Morea Road in Mahanoy Township, about 10:35 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 4. She was found to be under the influence and was given a breath test at the barracks, which showed her over the legal limit, troopers said.Joseph C. Shustack, 20, of Shenandoah, was stopped about 12:35 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, along W. Washington St., in Shenandoah. He was also found to be under the influence and submitted to a breath test at the barracks which showed him over the legal limit, troopers said.
