On Oct. 24 from 8 a.m. until noon at the Hampton Inn, Lehighton, Carbon PASR (Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees) will conduct a free Pre-Retirement Seminar for public school employees who have retired or anticipate retirement. Speakers will cover topics of major interest to retirees. Spouses and friends are invited. A free breakfast buffet will be served from 8-8:45 a.m.
