State police at Bethlehem have not released any more details of a fatal accident that occurred early Sunday morning that took the life of a Nesquehoning man.
The crash occurred on the off ramp of Route 22 to MacArthur Road (SR145), in Whitehall Township, about 2:20 a.m. Killed in the crash was William Barron, 22, of 120 Stock St., a passenger in the vehicle. Four other Panther Valley area residents were injured in the crash.Lehigh County Coroner Scott M. Grim reported an autopsy revealed that Barron died of multiple blunt force injuries.Troopers said the names of the other persons in the car, including the name of the driver, was being withheld pending the investigation into the crash.The car was exiting Route 22 to go north on MacArthur Road when it slid off the ramp and landed in a ditch.
