30 and 3 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at Pappy's General Store, 600 White St., Bowmanstown.

Police said someone gained entry to the store by smashing a rear window. The intruder(s) went to the checkout area, went behind the counter and stole 25 cartons of various cigarettes valued at $1,250.
