Nativity display

Due to the inclement weather this past weekend, St. John's Lutheran Church, South Ave., will be holding its nativity display this Sunday, Dec. 20, from noon to 5 p.m. at the church. They are over 150 different nativity scenes on display.Childrens' partiesThe Fairview Hose Company #2 social club will host its annual Christmas party for children on Friday, Dec. 18, from 6-9 p.m. It will be held at the social club building, 9th and School streets.The Diligent Fire Company will hold its children's Christmas party on Saturday, Dec. 20, from 1-3 p.m. at the company headquarters. The party is open to children up to the age of 10.
