This is a warning and also a thank you! My father lives in the Tamaqua Hi-Rise. All the parking on the lot is assigned to the residents. Seven times I have had medical personnel or other drivers parked in my dad’s spot.

My father is elderly and uses a walker. So do many residents there. They need their place to park. I personally want to thank Mayor Gerace, officer DeAngelo and Hope’s. I called the Tamaqua Police and they were super. They ticketed the car that was parked in my dad’s space and Hope’s was ready to tow at owner’s expense.

So please be considerate of the residents and their assigned parking place, they need it!

Again a big thank you to the Tamaqua mayor and officer DeAngelo for their assistance in this matter. That made it easier for me to get my dad back in his home. Tamaqua mayor and officer DeAngelo, you are truly a blessing to myself and my family. God bless.
