To the editor:

Isn’t it becoming ridiculous? A Lehighton man was murdered two years ago. His throat was slit by a knife.

The murderer received a sentence of only 20-40 years. He killed a person. He took a human life.

It’s even more ridiculous that the murderer’s family said he was “a good father” and “not a bad guy.”

He deserves the same fate as the victim.
