October 1862 - Ellen Brause, widow of Charles, sells the farm to Daniel Brause.
1868 - Daniel and Leyanda borrow money against the property, along with Thomas and Catherine Campion, through mortgage broker David Reinbold.1870 - Thomas and Catherine Campion take ownership of the farm. In the 1870 Census, Thomas Campion's occupation is listed as "speculator."Feb. 10, 1906 - Timothy Flynn takes out a mortgage on the farm.May 12, 1913 - The farm goes to sheriff's sale and is taken by Patrick Murphy, sheriff of Schuylkill County. It is then transferred to Miners Mechanics and Laborers Building and Loan, Shenandoah.Jan. 29, 1914 - Daniel and Margaret Flynn buy the farm from the Miners Mechanics and Laborers Building and Loan through attorney John Coyle.1930 - Ownership of the farm goes to the Pennsylvania Joint Stock Land Bank of Philadelphia.1940 - Ownership of the farm goes from the Pennsylvania Joint Stock Land Bank of Philadelphia to Frank Flynn and Eugene Flynn.June 29, 1942 - The Flynns are adjudicated bankrupt and the farm is sold at public sale to William and Mickalina Walinchus. William Walinchus was a dentist with an office in Mahanoy City.1943 - Walinchuses sell the farm to Elmer and Edith Keilman. They operated Keilman Brothers Dairy Farm.2013 - The Keilmans sell the farm to Marc Teprovich.
