Emily N. Kohler, 20, of Nazareth, was cited by state police at the Lehighton barracks for failure to drive at a safe speed after a one-vehicle crash at 7 a.m. Aug. 20 on Fiddletown Road in Eldred Township.

Police said she was driving a 2016 Subaru Impreza northbound when she lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll over onto its roof. Police said she was uninjured.The vehicle sustained major disabling damages, including a buckled roof, and needed to be towed from the scene.
