Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Access device fraud:Tracey Hontz, 46, Palmerton, was charged with access device fraud and two counts of criminal attempt, for an incident April 7 in the 500 block of Franklin Avenue.Endangering welfare of children:Tyler Grohotolski, 28, Palmerton, was charged with endangering welfare of children, for an incident Aug. 20 in the 1200 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Corruption of minors: Matthew Frederick, 23, Palmerton, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, corruption of minors, criminal conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property, for an incident Aug. 30 in the 500 block of Lehigh Avenue. Frederick was also charged for criminal trespass, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Aug. 25 in the 500 block of Lehigh Avenue, as well as theft and receiving stolen property, for an incident Aug. 26 in the 400 block of Lehigh Avenue.Possession of drug paraphernalia: Troy Christman, 19, Palmerton, was charged for possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal use of communication facility, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Feb. 4 in the 200 block of Lehigh Avenue.Disorderly conduct: Victor Rodriguez Jr, 44, Lehighton, and Joseph Tibensky, 45, Lehighton, were charged with disorderly conduct, for an incident Aug. 28 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.Maximum gross weight: Libardo Massoguzman, 57, Staten Island, New York, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident Aug. 31 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.Citations: Police also issued six citations for vehicle violations; four for traffic violations; and one for speeding.
