Joshua Heil of Schnecksville was cited for harassment by state police at Lehighton after an incident at 10 a.m. Sept. 3 at Mooney's Motel, Franklin Township.

Police said the victim in the case is a 31-year-old woman from Schnecksville, who reported she was attempting to clean a motel room when Heil threw a foam paint roller at her, striking her in the face.
