A Nesquehoning man faces a number of charges after police found him to be driving while intoxicated.
Kevin T. Webb, 49, of Deer Trail, was charged with two counts DUI, both first offenses; driving with an unregistered vehicle; disregarding the traffic lane; failing to stay in the lane and careless driving.
On Oct. 7, Nesquehoning officer Richard Neikam observed a vehicle traveling south on East Catawissa Street and then on Route 54 that was weaving between the double yellow line and white fog line into the other lane of traffic and onto the berm.
Police conducted a traffic stop and found Webb with bloodshot eyes and smelling of alcohol. He admitted drinking at a bar in Jim Thorpe and was on his way home.
A preliminary test in the field showed Web had a blood-alcohol content of 0.142 percent.
