• Michael Anthony Fields, 38, of Lansford; incident on Jan. 28 in Lansford Borough; possession of firearm prohibited; $75,000 bail.

• Adam Joseph Schaeffer, 28, of Jim Thorpe; incident on Jan. 13 in Lansford Borough; simple assault, harassment — subject other to physical contact; 10 percent of $10,000 bail, reduced to unsecured bail after waiver of preliminary hearing.

• Dean William Tessitore Jr., 25, of McAdoo; incident on Dec. 1 in Nesquehoning Borough; three counts each access device issued to another who did not authorize use; identity theft; posses access device knowing counterfeit/altered; theft by unlawful taking-movable property; receiving stolen property; one count unauthorized use motor/other vehicles; 10 percent of $50,000 bail.

• Shane Schiano, 39, of Nesquehoning; an incident on Jan. 8 in Nesquehoning Borough; unauthorized use motor/other vehicles; via summons.

• Malcolm Steven Harris, 20, of Carbon County Correctional Facility; incident on Dec. 30 in Nesquehoning Borough; simple assault; harassment — subject other to physical contact

• Talon Wesly Lewis, 19, of Summit Hill; incident on Jan. 21 in Summit Hill Borough; possession of firearm prohibited; firearms not to be carried without license; $5,000 bail.

• Jason Rockie Bracero, 28, of Jim Thorpe; an incident on Dec. 6 in Mahoning Township; retail theft-take merchandise; via summons.

• Joshua Yorgey, 38, of Lehighton, an incident on Sept. 18, 2017, in Mahoning Township; use/possession of drug paraphernalia; tamper with/fabricate physical evidence; retail theft-take merchandise; via summons

• John M. Balogach Jr., 54, of Lehighton; incident on Nov. 23, 2017, in Mahoning Township; DUI general impairment; DUI highest rate of alcohol; accident involving damage attended vehicle/property; careless driving; failure to keep right; via summons

• Tara Lee Hunter, 39, of Lehighton; incident on Sept. 18, 2017, in Mahoning Township; possession of controlled substance; use/possession of drug paraphernalia; via summons.
