Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Harold McFarland III, 32, Palmerton, was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident May 28 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Harassment: A 16-year-old Palmerton boy was cited for harassment for an incident May 23 on Fifth Street.

Maximum gross weight: Jose Torres, 46, of Wharton, New Jersey; Miguel Barrantes, 34, of Dover, New Jersey; Rickie Diver Jr., 27, of Paterson, New Jersey; and Carlos Cruz, 37, of Paterson, New Jersey; were charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident May 25 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

Brian Castillo-Grisales, 27, of Mine Hill, New Jersey, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident May 30 in the 800 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Citations: Police also issued five citations for vehicle violations and one for speeding.
