State police at the Fern Ridge are investigating an incident involving the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

It happened on July 17 at Argot’s Hardware, 1110 Lakeside Road, Chestnuthill Township.

The victim is a 61-year-old Effort man, who told police an unknown man who he allowed to borrow his vehicle never returned it.
