State police at the Hazleton barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police responded to a Protection From Abuse court order violation at 1:12 p.m. March 27 on Hazle Township Boulevard, Hazle Township.

They said the victim is a 35-year-old woman from Beaver Meadows.

• Alexander Marte, 28, of Beaver Meadows, was cited for scattering rubbish after police were called to 100 Spring Mountain Road, Banks Township, at 9:41 p.m. April 21.

Police said it is alleged that he dumped household goods, clothing, shingles, wood and other miscellaneous items at the property.

• Lawrence Medico, 67, of Weatherly, was targeted in a theft by deception/impersonation incident police were called to at 11:39 a.m. April 8 at 1469 Hudson Drive, Packer Township.

Police said he reported his information was fraudulently used to purchase a furniture set from Raymour & Flanigan.

• A 57-year-old Weatherly man was cited for harassment after police were called to a disturbance at 6:15 p.m. March 30 on the Quakake Road, Packer Township.

They said an 84-year-old woman from Weatherly said the man struck her multiple times.
