Palm Bank appoints board members
Palm Bancorp Inc., the holding company for First Northern Bank and Trust Co., announces the election of Adriana Múnera-Checho and Anthony (Tony) M. Rosencrance, former senior vice president and senior commercial lender at First Northern Bank and Trust, as new directors to the board of directors, effective Feb. 25.
These directors were also reelected: Anna Marie Checho, secretary; Faust Checho, treasurer and assistant secretary; Frank Checho, vice chairman of the board; Salvatore Checho, chairman of the board; William H. George, director; Bonnie L. Paules, assistant secretary and assistant treasurer; Raymond Rinaldi II, director; and Albert Yesu, CEO.
Salvatore Checho expressed his congratulations to the newly elected and reelected directors and officers.
