State police at the Hazleton barracks reported the following incidents:
• A 63-year-old Weatherly man was charged with defiant criminal trespass after police responded to an incident at 7:57 a.m. Feb. 23 at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Church Road, Lehigh Township.
Police said he was driving a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox when he parked it off North Church Road on cemetery property and fell asleep. They said when he awakened he drove the vehicle into the cemetery, where it became stuck on a tombstone.
• A 54-year-old Weatherly woman was cited for harassment by physical contact after police were dispatched to a reported property dispute at 11:41 a.m. Feb. 27 on Freedom Drive, Packer Township. Police said they saw the 54-year-old grab a 44-year-old Weatherly woman and attempt to pull her out of the residence.
• A 32-year-old Delano woman was cited for criminal mischief following an incident at 9 p.m. March 7 on Quakake Road, Packer Township.
Police said a garage door, a door vent and a 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe belonging to a 38-year-old man from Weatherly were damaged in the incident.
