Pool passes available for PV

Applications for pool passes for the H.D. Buehler Memorial Pool in Tamaqua are available for those in the Panther Valley community for the 2025 season, Lansford Councilwoman Gwyneth Collevechio said.

Tamaqua Borough has done this for many years due to the closure of Lansford’s pool. Pool memberships are available to residents of Lansford, Coaldale, Nesquehoning and Summit Hill.

“We are grateful for all the years they’ve honored this,” she said.

Tamaqua expects this to be a short season, operating in May, June and July, and into early August, she said. Construction on Tamaqua’s new pool could begin in mid to late August.
