Caleb M. Sommers, 21, of Palmerton, was cited after a one-vehicle crash at 6:30 a.m. Feb. 18 on Morgan Hill Road, Williams Township, state police at the Belfast barracks said.

He was uninjured in the incident.

Police said Sommers was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze southbound and was negotiating a curve while failing to maintain a safe speed. The car exited the right side of the road and hit an embankment.
