The winners, coached by Elsie Tolan, jump out to a 22-10 first-quarter lead as Suzy Shimkus hits for six of her 16 points in the frame. The advantage grows to 16 by halftime but Bangor rallies to cut the margin to six during the last period. Lenore Shimkus hits eight free throws down the stretch to secure the win.
