State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following incidents: • Police responded to a theft incident at the Golden Key Market on Golden Key Road. Officers received the call at 4 p.m. on Feb. 26 but did not provide further details. • Police were called to a harassment by communications incident at 12:25 p.m. on Feb. 23 at a property on Whitetail Court. Officers said a person reported receiving a 911 hang-up call around 10 a.m. that day. Upon investigation, police determined the person was being harassed.
• A 76-year-old New Tripoli man was the victim of a stolen check incident reported at 1:35 p.m. on Feb. 24 in the 7900 block of King’s Highway in Lynn Township. According to police, someone stole the check and fraudulently used it. • Police are investigating a theft by deception that occurred between Dec. 18 and 4:13 p.m. on Feb. 27 on Siegfriedale Road in Weisenberg Township.
Police said the victim, who was not identified, contacted an unknown person about a rental residence on the Redfin application and sent approximately $2,650 in multiple online transactions.
