State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 27-year-old Fogelsville woman is facing charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment after police were called to a domestic incident at 12:38 p.m. Feb. 3 on Seipstown Road, Weisenberg Township.

Police said the victim is a 23-year-old woman from New Tripoli.

• Police were called to a burglary at a residence on East Wyndemere Circle, Lowhill Township, but did not provide any details of the incident.

They reported the burglary occurred between 1:48 p.m. Feb. 1 and 1:48 p.m. Feb. 19.

• A 36-year-old Kempton man was targeted in a theft by deception incident police were called to on King’s Highway, Lynn Township.

He told police that someone used his personal information to open a T-Mobile account on May 31.
