Laughs lead the lineup

Comic Preacher Lawson, known for his appearances on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” leads the pack of entertainment set for local and regional venues over the next two weeks.

The comedian brings his Funny as Bleep Tour to the Sherman Theater.

In terms of music, Penn’s Peak hosts Carl Palmer — celebrating the legacy of Emerson, Lake & Palmer — and Burton Cummings, marking The Guess Who’s 60th anniversary.
