State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following incidents that happened on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
• A 21-year-old Philadelphia man is facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia after police made a traffic stop at 11:25 a.m. Feb. 19.
He was stopped in a 2015 Toyota Camry at mile marker 68.3 in Washington Township after police clocked him traveling 88 mph in a 70 mph zone and they found him in possession of the contraband.
• Luis Lucero and Jorge Marco, both of Philadelphia, were charged with Title 75 offenses after police made a traffic stop of a 2012 Ford Econoline at 4:54 p.m. Feb. 18 at mile marker 68.5 in Washington Township.
Police said the vehicle had an expired registration and a fictitious inspection sticker.
Lucero is the owner of the vehicle, and Marco, who was driving it, was cited for driving without a license, police said.
The victim was listed by police as Valley Honda, Monroeville.
