Nesquehoning
Historical Society
Since a Facebook post on former local Herbert Nowoord, the historical society has been asked about the “famous” shaving mugs.
Learn about the mugs that were donated from the Norwood family. These mugs are around 100 years of age and older.
The historical society will be open from 9 a.m. to noon on March 1 for the public to view this collection, as well as other historical pieces that make up Nesquehoning’s history.
The building is located at 157 W. Railroad St.
