Lower Towamensing Township supervisors took the following action last week:

• Granted a time extension to CBI Ventures LLC until July 1. CBI is a land development plan that was submitted about a year ago and was on hold because of septic issues.

• Approved a waiver request, and also conditional approval, to the Christopher Moses lot consolidation. Moses purchased property next to his property on Forest Inn Road and is combining them into one parcel.

• Approved the volunteer tax credit.

• Approved the tax collector salary resolution.

• Approved a garbage penalty waiver request.

• Advertised special meetings for the township planning commission at 7 p.m. Feb. 11, March 11 and April 8.
