State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported the following crashes:
• Ernestine V. Russell, 56, of Kunkletown, and Andrey B. Smith, 88, of Kresgeville, had suspected minor injuries after a two-vehicle crash at 11:53 a.m. Jan. 31 on Interstate 80 in Stroud Township.
Police said the two were transported by personnel from the St. Luke’s Emergency and Transport Services to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Pocono, East Stroudsburg.
Police said the crash occurred when Russell, driving a 2023 Nissan eastbound with Smith as her passenger, attempted to merge into the right lane and failed to yield to a 2004 Kenworth tractor-trailer driven by Enoch D. Riehl, 35, of Port Treverton.
The rig, police said, hit the back of the Nissan, which came to rest on top of a concrete barrier.
They said the Nissan was towed from the scene, while the rig had minor damage.
Riehl and a passenger were uninjured, police said.
Russell was cited after the crash, according to police.
• No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 8:45 a.m. Jan. 20 on Route 209 in Hamilton Township.
Police said the crash occurred when the plow of a southbound 2024 International Harvester driven by Steven K. Buzzell, 35, of East Stroudsburg, was over the double yellow lines and hit a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe driven northbound by Stanley R. Conklin, 68, of Kunkletown.
Police said both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.
