State police at the Belfast barracks reported the following crasht:

• No one was injured in a crash that involved three vehicles at 11:06 a.m. Fan. 22 on Route 33 in Bushkill Township.

Police said it happened when a vehicle traveling south came to an abrupt stop, causing two vehicles behind it to collide.

They said a 2016 Honda Accord operated by Erick M. Irizarry Victor, 24, of Wilkes-Barre, failed to stop and “rear-ended” a 2024 Freightliner driven by Floy R. Odell, 76, of Saylorsburg.

Police said the vehicle that stopped abruptly left the scene. The Honda had to be towed from the scene while the Freightliner was able to be driven from it.

Police said Irizarry Victor was cited for following too closely.
