Punxsutawney Phil is giving his prognostication at sunrise, expected to be about 7:24 a.m. Sunday. You can watch it on television or you can experience weather predictions firsthand:

• Grover the Groundhog will announce his weather prediction during the 19th Annual Groundhog Day Celebration at Sweet Arrow Lake County Park Clubhouse in Pine Grove at 1 p.m. Sunday. The Die Schwadore Shalle choir will perform, Pennsylvania Dutch refreshments will be available, and a tricky tray auction will be held. The event is free.

• Schnogadahl Sammi will prognosticate from a field behind the former Cherry’s Family Restaurant in Kresgeville around dawn Sunday. The free event is held by the Groundhog Lodge No. 6 of Monroe County.
