State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following crashes:

• James H. Lookhoff, 41, of Brodheadsville, was injured after a five-vehicle pileup at 6:50 a.m. Jan. 14 on Route 22 in South Whitehall Township.

Police said he was transported by personnel from the Cetronia Ambulance Corps to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. He was the only one injured in the incident.

Lookhoff was driving a 1995 Ford F-250 westbound when it was struck by a 2007 Chevrolet Impala operated by Gregory J. Franklin, 45, of Whitehall, according to police.

Subsequently, a 2016 GMC Acadia driven by Rachel H. Szukics, 40, of Bethlehem, a 2012 Honda Crosstour driven by Eliana I. Agosti, 34, of Allentown, and a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Nathan M. Daroja, 21, of Nazareth, were all involved in the pileup, police said. All the vehicles were towed from the scene.

Lookhoff was cited after the pileup.

• The driver of 2011 Hyundai Sonata struck a garage off Church Road in Heidelberg Township at 6 p.m. Jan. 19.

Police did not identify the driver but said the car was southbound when the driver lost control of it due to heavy snow/winter conditions. The vehicle left the road and hit the garage with its front bumper.

Police said the driver was unable to provide required financial responsibility for the vehicle.

Police said Robert A. Buchman, 65, of Schnecksville, was northbound when an unknown vehicle traveling south drifted into his lane, sideswiped his 2021 Ford F-150 pickup truck and left the scene.
