State police at the Hazleton barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 20-year-old man from Lake Harmony is facing retail theft charges after police were called to the Walmart on Airport Road, Hazle Township, at 3:39 p.m. Jan. 22.

Police said the man failed to pay full retail value of food items worth $28.22.

• A 55-year-old Lehighton man was cited for criminal mischief after police were called to a property on Father Angelo Drive, Hazle Township, at 10:57 p.m. Jan 16.

A 56-year-old woman told police the man threw eggs at her 2020 Nissan Armada.
