The Nesquehoning Water Authority has advised residents in the Hauto Estates portion of the borough that the area is under a water boil advisory until further notice.

The areas affected include First through 12th avenues, Park Avenue, Stock Street and Industrial Road.

Crews are currently working to restore water service from Eighth to 12th avenues and from 12th Avenue on Route 54 to Industrial Road.
