The Carbon County Planning Commission reviewed the following plans during its monthly meeting on Tuesday.

The recommendations made were then passed to the municipality in which the plans are proposed.

• Christopher W. Moses and Angelus R. Moses received conditional plan rejection for a proposed lot consolidation at 3570 Forest Inn Road, Lower Towamensing Township. The plans call for combining two lots into a 1.0518-acre lot.

• Golden Oaks Village Property Owners Association received conditional plan approval for a proposed land development at the previously approved development on Route 940 in Kidder Township. The plans call for rephasing of lots 20, 41 and 65 from duplex units to single-family dwelling units.

• Charles J. Fierro Jr. received conditional plan rejection for a proposed lot consolidation at 50 E. Cherokee Trail, Lots 2463 and 2465, Mt. Pocahontas Mountain View Section, Penn Forest Township. The plans call for creating a new lot.

• Peter J. and Kristen A. Hill received conditional plan approval for a proposed lot consolidation at 90 Whitman Lane, Towamensing Trails, Section 3, Penn Forest Township. The plans call for combining two lots.
