State police at Frackville

State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Timothy Hagedorn, 38, of Williamstown, was cited for trespassing after police were called to an incident at 6:20 p.m. Jan. 13 on North Railroad Street, New Ringgold.

They said Hagedorn returned to property of the Community Fire Company, New Ringgold, despite being informed he had been trespassing.

He was driving a 2001 GMC Sierra, police said.

• A 38-year-old Tamaqua man was charged with violating a Protection From Abuse court order after police were called to an incident at 3:55 p.m. Jan. 3 on Reynolds Road, Walker Township.

Police said the court order protected a 67-year-old man from Tamaqua, and the suspect was observed on the man’s property in violation of the order.

• A theft incident was reported to police at 12:42 p.m. Dec. 21 on Interstate 81 in Delano Township.

A 26-year-old man from Hazleton told police his 2014 BMW became disabled on Dec. 20, after which he left the scene.

He told police that after he returned to the vehicle the next day he discovered it had been broken into and its stereo system stolen.

• Police were called to West Ruddle Street in Coaldale at 11:02 p.m. Nov. 30 after drugs were found at that location.
