State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following crashes on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
• Jonah O. Gimmi, 22, of Lafayette Hill, was involved in a one-vehicle crash at 6:20 p.m. Jan. 9 at mile marker 67.9 in Washington Township.
Police said he was driving a 2015 Subaru Outback northbound when he lost control of it while traveling downhill. The vehicle went off the roadway and hit an embankment. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
• Larme Lovelie, 33, of Allentown, was injured in a crash at 8:05 a.m. Jan. 11 at mile marker 74.5 in Parryville. Police said she was transported by personnel from the Lehighton Ambulance Association to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township.
Lovelie was driving a 2016 Toyota Corolla southbound when she lost control of the car and went off the road and hit the concrete barrier, police said.
• No one was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 12:36 p.m. Jan. 10 in the parking lot of the McDonald’s restaurant in Kidder Township.
Police said Josephine P. Alda, 53, of White Haven, lost control of the 2020 Volvo she was driving, struck a curb and went down and embankment, traveling through a chain-link fence and hitting snowplows.
• Juan Ramos-Zorrilla, 23, of Ashley, was cited after a one-vehicle crash at 2:10 p.m. Jan. 8 at mile marker 94.8 in Kidder Township. He was uninjured in the incident.
Police said he was driving a 2009 Scion on the southbound deceleration ramp at the Pocono Interchange when it went out of control and hit a guide rail.
The vehicle was towed from the scene, police said.
