Walnutport Borough Council took the following action on Thursday:

• Accepted the letter of resignation from Kristie Wentling from the Lehigh Tax Collection Committee.

• Granted a 90-day time extension for the 316 Oak Street development until April 10.

• Agreed to send delinquent real estate taxes base $25,576 penalty, $2,558 to collection.

• Agreed to send delinquent per capita taxes base $2,450 penalty, $245 to collection.
